We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2019, Carrie Harper (Cambridge, Maryland), born in Easton, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Harper and Barbara English Harper; and her grandparents, Aileen, James English, Marjorie and Linwood Harper.
She is survived by: her aunts, Sandy Gilliard (Dennis), Karla Howard (Keith) and Nellie Foxwell (Chuck); her cousins, Heather Kramer (Rob), Val Cox (Dan), Greg Howard and Melissa Barnes (Tyler); and her pet Lucy.
