He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Newcomb Todd. He is survived by: his father William A. Todd (Bernese) of Federalsburg; his sister Donna Sanson of Chesapeake, VA; his sibling's children, Stephanie Luce, Chris Luce and Brian Sanson; his great-niece Harper; and his half-brother Donnie Robbins of Laurel, DE. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family.
