He was predeceased by: his parent Lee Wroten; and his siblings, Alfred, Jim, Jack, Leroy, Billy Wroten, Mary Wroten and Viola Gore.
He is survived by: his parent Iva Insley Wroten; his spouse Loretta Travers; his sons, Thomas Lee Wroten (Judy) of Hagerstown and Larry Wroten (Michelle) of Queen Anne; and his grandchildren, Brian Wroten, Abbey Wroten, Chris Wroten, Kara Barnes, Tyler Hill and Madison Hill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
