She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie H. Wheatley and Georgia Belle Slacum Wheatley. She is survived by: her husband Ricky Collison of Cambridge; her daughter Cherie Messick (Terry) of Cordova; her brother Kenneth Wheatley (Michelle) of Preston; and her pet Ambrose. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
