She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Chester and Princeton Chester; her former husband Hobart Wheatley; her son James "Jimmy" Wheatley; her husband Robert Williams; her children, Carl Lee Wheatley and Delores Groves; and her siblings, Nancy Chester, Elizabeth Hooper, William Chester and James Chester.
She is survived by: her children, Norman "Joey" Chester and Vanessa Williams; her grandchildren, Diane Parker, Laron Anderson, Casey Wheatley, Lisa Johnson, Karen Baily (Terry), Dormaim Green (Elbert), Norman Chester Jr., Deshawn, Michael Williams, Rhonda De'Shields, James "Lamont" Williams and Ahmad Saunders; and her close friends, Clara Sampson, Sharon Windsor, Juanita Wheatley and Carol Ann Brohawn. She is also survived by great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
