We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2025, at the age of 76, Frederick Leroy Bailey of Hurlock, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Frederick's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Bailey and Charles Bailey; and his wife Ann Bailey. He is survived by: his daughter Chaconya Dixon (Edgar) of Charlotte; his grandsons, Edgar Dixon Jr. of Charlotte and Dajon Dixon of Charlotte; his brother Charles Bailey Jr.; his aunts, Betty Camper (Eugene) of Woolford and Delphine Jackson (Robert) of Cambridge, Maryland; his siblings-in-law, Sandy Lanman and Howard "Chuck" Lanman; and also Gary Camper of Woolford, Maryland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Greater Refuge Temple Church of God (800 Robbins St, Cambridge, MD 21613). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
