She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Dewey Phillips and Lula May Hurley Phillips; and her sister Connie Pardoe. She is survived by: her husband Richard Todd of Cambridge; her sons, Ricky Todd (Julie) of Cambridge and Randy Todd (Kim) of Delmar, DE; her granddaughter Amanda Todd of Delmar, DE; her great grandchildren, Kendel and James; her stepgrandchildren, Kaitlin Hardican, Hunter, Aubrie James, Peter and Makayla Musgrove; her brothers-in-law, Sam Pardoe of Cordova and Phil Todd of Tennessee; and her sibling's children, Mark Palamaras, Jr. (Kara) and Lisa Maki (Jeff). She is also survived by five step great grandchildren.
