She was predeceased by: her father J. W. O'Neil Insley, Sr.; her uncle Billy L. Insley; her aunt Minnie Insley; her nephew Colton Lee Kishpaugh, Jr.; and her cousin Wayne Newcomb.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip G. Todd, Sr.; her mother Goldona Insley; her children, Sunday K. Kaminski (Mark Henry) and Andrew I. Todd; her brother J. W. O'Neil Insley, Jr. (Kim); her stepchildren, Brooksie Kishpaugh (Colton) and Phillip G. Todd, Jr. (Stacey); her granddaughter Olivia M. Henry; and her stepgrandchildren, Brooksie Marie McCollister (Doug), Miranda Todd, Cody Kishpaugh (Kalie), Courtney Wright and Alexis Todd. She is also survived by 11 step-great-grandchildren, 4 nieces and several great-nieces, nephews and many cousins.
