She was predeceased by: her parent Lennie Burton. She is survived by: her parent Katie Burton; her spouse Billy D. Fraley, Sr.; her children, Billy D. Fraley, Jr. of Baltimore and Gena K. Fraley of Salisbury; and her stepbrothers, Billy Burton (Doris) and Bobby Burton (Karen) of Exmore, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
