He is survived by: his parents, Carol Bromwell (Charles Amos Bromwell) of Cambridge and Gilbert Windsor, Sr. (Sally) of The Villages, FL; his son Elliott D. Windsor; his brothers, Chris, Chad and Nicholas Windsor; his uncle Alan Fraizer (Heidi); and his cousins, Thomas Frazier and Patrick Frazier (Remi).
