She is survived by: her parent Belle Spedden James; her spouse Herman Stevens; her children, Ray Stevens (Bonnie) of Oxford and Kaye Thomas (Jim) of Salisbury; her grandchildren, Andy Thomas of New Jersey, Betsy Thomas of New York, Tricia Payne of South Carolina, Gay Bray of North Carolina and Ladd Stevens of South Carolina; her great grandchildren, Liam, Genevieve Payne, Davis, Sophie and Belle Bray; and her sister Mary Lou Lombardo of Florida.
