He is survived by: his parent Edith Wroten Brooks; his wife Sarah Brooks of Cambridge; his son Philip Brooks, Jr.; his wife Vicki Brooks of Secretary; his stepchildren, Michael Wingate of Cambridge, Juanita Townsend (Calvert) and Wendy Schasel of Easton; his grandchildren, Terry Wilcut, Jr., Katelyn Brooks, Robert Brooks, Jr. and Kyle Brooks; his brother William Brooks, Jr.; Robert Brooks (Rena) of Secretary. He is also survived by five great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
