He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Foxwell, Sr. and Lillian Ewell Foxwell; his daughter Beverly Powell; his great grandchild Cody Cannon; and his brothers, Donald Foxwell, Wallace "Dude" Foxwell and Crawford Foxwell.

He is survived by: his children, Brenda Bornt of Westminster and Douglas Foxwell (Joan); Gale Coates. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren.
