He is survived by: his parent Ethel Harper Lowe; his wife Julia Lowe; his children, Michael E. Lowe and Sharon Lowe; his granddaughter Kate Plunkett; and his sister Cecelia Mae Bowers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
