He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellwood O. Bell and Georgia Bramble Bell; his wife Delores Harding; and his brother Gary Bell. He is survived by: his children, Robert L. Bell, Jr. (Debbie) of Cambridge and Debbie Anderson of Salisbury; his grandchildren, Robert Ryan Bell, Joshua Anderson, Jonathan Anderson, James Anderson and Abigail Anderson; his great grandchild Isley Bell; and his brother Ronald Bell (Faye). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
