He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Chase and Amelia Stokes Chase; his son Roger David Chase; and his sister Hilda Hill. He is survived by: his wife Arline Chase of Cambridge; and his son Sidney Richard Chase (Kathy Walker) of Vienna.
