He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Thomas Mowbray and Nomia Lois Harris Mowbray. He is survived by: his son Brian Rash (Jill); his siblings, Brad Mowbray of Cambridge, Kenneth Mowbray (Dori) of Delmar, Jo Ellen Robbins (David) of Vienna, Alan Mowbray (Leslie Broomfield) of Cambridge, Teresa and Trina Forney of Chincoteague; and his niece Scarlett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
