He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Agnes Jackson and William Kestler Webster; and his grandson Jaden Nieves. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Andrews; his children, Timothy Wayne Webster, II, Stephanie Nicole McWilliams (Guy), Cierra Dawn Parsons and Chase Sawyer; his siblings, Peggy Anne Farina, Emily L. Newcomb, William K. Webster, Jr. (Teresa), Perry Hall (Annie) and Tom Hall (Colleen); and his grandchildren, Barley Maiden Webster, Grace and Faith McWilliams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations should be made to Newcomb and Collins Funeral Home to assist the family with costs.
