It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Scales Sr. (Camp Springs, Maryland), born in Ridgeway, Virginia, who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father George H. Scales; and his siblings, Nellie Scales Johnson and Fred Scales. He is survived by: his mother Eva Mae Reynolds; his children, Natasha D. Thomas (James) and David A. Scales, Jr.; his siblings, Janis Hairston (Ellis), Edna Louise Preston (Charles), Phyllis Hilton and Richard Scales; and his grandchildren, Zaikeius Malone and Zacarias Malone.
