He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Sullivan Friel and James J. Friel; and his siblings, Mary Teresa Friel and James F. Friel (Judy Hudson Friel). He is survived by: his wife Mary P. Friel; his stepchildren, Rick Hudson (Amanda), Deborah Vornbrock (Ted), Madeline Fisher (Isaac) and Adele Garner; his grandchildren, Madison, Michael Hudson, Katie, Emma Grace, Claire Vornbrock and Warren Steven Fisher; and his siblings, Clare and Peter Friel (Ester). He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
