She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lillie M. Brown Robinson and Edward Roosevelt Robinson; her cousins, Harold Brown, Mabel Walton, Ophelia Watson and Drusilla Davis; her husband William Edward Young; her daughters, Letitia A. Young Bing, Sheila M. Young and Carolyn D. Young; her grandchildren, Dionysia, Derek, Taelor, Danielle and Rhyan; her great grandchildren, Dynaia, DeQuawne, DeShee, DeKyrre and Dyarra; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Young Jasper, Alice Dolores Young Wilson, Regina Young Frederick, Louise Deloris Wells Young, John Walter Somerville and Thomas Irvin Frederick. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews, friends.
She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of Charity.
