He is survived by: his wife Violet Arlene Seger of Chesapeake Beach, MD; his son Donald William Downs III (Donnie); his daughters-in-law, Lynne Downs (Michael Francis Downs) and Michele Downs; his grandchildren, Tyler, Devyn, DeAnne, Max, Dominic, Maddi and Luke; his great grandchild Laina; Barbara Humphreys (Janet Andrews).
