Kenneth Paul and Muriel Ann Burns (Klay); his wife Pamela Burns; his daughters, Jennifer Burns Frenzel (Peter) of Chesapeake Beach and Gillian Carroll (Kevin) of Huntingtown; his grandchildren, Patrick, Cailyn Frenzel, Finley and Reid Carroll; his brother James Burns (Cynthia); and his sibling's children, Karin and Justin. He was also cherished by his daughters, their spouses and their children.
