She was predeceased by: her parent Ellsworth Smith. She is survived by: her parent Leona Bell Rowe Smith; her spouse Earl Shaffer; her daughters, Grace Morris (Steve) and Shirley McPeek (Mark); her granddaughters, Christy Frase, Nikole Morris and Kacie Lyn McPeek; her great grandchild Zachary Thomas Beals; and also, Arlene, Magnolia Hall and Admiral Cleaners. She is also survived by three sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
