He is survived by: his parent Anna Welch; his daughter Brenda Price of Chestertown, MD; his brother Weldon Welch of Lincoln, DE; his stepdaughters, Pamela Mitchell of Worton, Patricia Edwards Williams of Rock Hall, Nicole Mitchell, Dillon Mitchell, Kayla Price, Ashton Price, Krista Leonard, Ralph Leonard, Haley Stoops, Buddy Stoops and Makenzie Williams; and his great grandchild Grant Stoops.
