It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Richard Hilty III (Chestertown, Maryland), born in Vineland, New Jersey, who passed away on October 22, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mullins Hilty of Heron Point; his sister Joyce Hilty Richards (Robert) of Greenville, DE; and his children, Carol Hilty Droge (Mike) of Kennedyville, MD, George Robert Hilty (Janet) of Chester Harbor, MD and Barbara Hilty Hurtt (James) of Lynch, MD. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and five nieces and nephews.
