He is survived by: his son Lieutenant Colonel Byron Browning (Retired); his daughter-in-law Kathleen; his daughter Mary Conklin; and his grandchildren, Olivia Alligood, Madison Browning, Hunter Browning, Spencer Conklin and Winston Conklin.
