He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Edward Beekman and Mary Lloyd Hogans Beekman (Rock Hall, MD); and his wife Lorraine Heussler Beekman. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Beekman, Edward Beekman (Cecelia) and Jane Beekman Ellis (David); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Ellis Vogel (Edward), Amanda Ellis, Brent Ellis (Cecelia Tefft), Timothy Beekman (Michelle) and Anna Beekman Banafato (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Emery, Alaina Vogel, Samuel and Madelyn Beekman.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Church (7570 Sandy Bottom Rd, Chestertown, MD 21620). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Memorial Celebration Jun.
