He is survived by: his wife Ann Ashley McGinnis; his children, Joseph Francis McGinnis of Leesburg, VA, Matthew Leslie Stevens of Waterford, VA and Tracy Jo Stevens Renshaw of Ashburn, VA; and his grandchildren, Madison Taylor McGinnis, Tyler Burke, Jackson Moore, Emma Stevens and Michael Stevens.
