We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2021, at the age of 75, Philip Scott Norton of Chestertown, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Philip Scott Norton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Norton and Hilda Shomo Norton. He is survived by: his wife Jane Gray; and his children, J. P. Quillen (Melissa) of Crumpton, MD, Mitch Quillen (Jenna) of Crumpton, MD and Jeffrey J. Norton of Chestertown, MD. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
