He is survived by : his children, Chantelle Haskins (Antonio) of Baltimore, MD, Ralph Angel Cruz III (Rebecca) of Florida and Ly'Trel D. Cruz of New Jersey; his siblings, Gregory E. Cruz, Sr. (Celestine) of Worton, MD, Francisco G. Cruz (Tina) of Chestertown, MD, Emilio Cruz (Yvette) of Savannah, GA, Matio Cruz (Nicole) of Townsend, DE, Anita Cruz Rosario (Jorge) of Newark, DE and Angelita Cruz of Newark, DE; his fiancé Armenta Whitten of Upper Marlboro, MD; his close friends, Ruby Newnam and Clarissa Daniels; and his pet Sage. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
