She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Black and Harrison Black; and her brothers, Harrison "Sonny" Black, Jr. and Walter Rudolph Black. She is survived by: her husband Sylvester Sewell; her son Michael; her daughter-in-law DeeDee Sewell of Hanover Maryland; her daughter Angela; her son-in-law Albert Carter of Charleston; her son Anthony; her daughter-in-law Angela Sewell of Dallas, Texas; her daughter Doreen; her son-in-law Donnie Henry of Chestertown, Maryland; and her sisters, Ann Downes of Pondtown, Joyce Hopkins (Roger) of Chestertown and Elinore Waits (Willie) of Fairlee, Maryland. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
