With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velvalee Marian Arbaugh of Chestertown, Maryland, born in Dinuba, California, who passed away on February 2, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Romaine and Katherine Elizabeth Smith; and her son James Arbaugh of Salem, OR.. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her daughter Cathleen; her son-in-law George Lehmer of Chestertown; her son Kenneth; her daughters-in-law, Debra Arbaugh of Vancouver, WA. and Susan Arbaugh of Salem, OR.; her grandchildren, Matthew Arbaugh, Melissa Arbaugh, Jan Hirschler and Dana Varona; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Nikki, Elodie and Lucie.
