Vincent; his wife Bobi Greenwald Vincent; his children, Ashley and Timothy; his granddaughter Isabella; and his siblings, Patricia Rispoli of Virginia Beach, Peggy Osborn of Chestertown and Robert Vincent (Ava) of Rehoboth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
