She was predeceased by: her parents, Harden Evans and Dorothy Armstrong; and her sisters, Alta Evans and Delores Johnson. She is survived by: her children, LaTisha Blanchard Floyd, Norritta Barbara Blanchard and Norman Reed Blanchard, Jr.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three living brothers, three sisters and a host of nieces, nephews and close friends.
