He is survived by: his children, Carmen Julia Charles Newbrough, Linda Ann Griffith (Joe) of Red Lion, PA, William Lee Newbrough, Jr of Baltimore, MD, Richard James Newbrough (Debbie) of Weston and Maureen Newbrough Evich (Jeff) of Manchester, MD.; his grandchildren, Ann Marie Griffith Nixon (Chris), Michelle Griffith Corbutt (Tyler), Thomas James Newbrough (Brittney), Mark William Evich, Nicholas Alexander Evich and Joel Ross Revis; his great grandchildren, Ava, Aubrey Nixon and Liam Corbutt; and his sibling's children, Beth (Wayne Nichols), John (Leslie White), Dr. Rob Snuffer, Greg (Karen Newbrough), Scott (Maureen Newbrough), Carole (Monty Bean), Cathy (Rick Hauser), Connie Sempler, Chris (Karen Newbrough), Curt (Barb Newbrough), Jerry Newbrough, Janie Newbrough, Michelle (Thomas Johns) and Skip Newbrough.
