He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Miriam Pickett Burk; his children, Sandra Wilson Burk, Elaine Burk Zarnich (Robert Zarnich) and Robert Stuart Burk, Jr. (Kellie Anderson); and his grandchildren, Hannah Zarnich, Genevieve Zarnich, Cecelia Burk and Robert Burk III.
