She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Lloyd Goldstein; her son Wayne; and her brother Dr. Oscar I. Dodek, Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Sam Dodek II; her sister-in-law Joan Dodek; her sons, Jim Goldstein (Tina) and Tom Goldstein; her grandchildren, Sarah, Rachel and Mathew; and her great grandchild Eli.
