It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Molnar (Clarksville, Maryland), who passed away on October 22, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anna Molnar and Andrew Molnar; his wife Nancy A. Molnar; his sister Patricia Osborne (Terence Osborne) of Melbourne; his children, Steven A. Molnar (Dulli Tengeler) of Canton, NY, Dr. Lawrence A. Molnar (Cindy Molnar) of Grand Rapids, MI and Linda A. Dean (Michael Dean) of Woodbine, MD; his grandchildren, Christopher Molnar, Sebastian Molnar, Kira Molnar, Nicholas Dean and Damon LaBette (Christina LaBette); and his pet Lady. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
The family will celebrate his wonderful life privately due to the ongoing pandemic.
He was a Program Director at the National Science Foundation from 1970 to 1995.
