Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rosemarie Bell (Clarksville, Maryland), who passed away at the age of 89, on January 20, 2022. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Clarence Dalton Carter and Eva Marie Carter; her brother Dalton Carter; and her husband Robert L. Bell. She was also cherished by her 5 daughters, 19 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
