He was predeceased by: his parents, David Augustus Starliper and Geraldine May Starliper (Derr); and his sister Judy Ann Myers. He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis Hoffman, Barbara Mellott and David Starliper (Pamela Henson); his mother-in-law Shirley Craighead; his aunt Ruth Hammond; and his uncle Leon Hammond. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
