She was predeceased by : her husband David W. Staples; her children, Shirley and David; and her brother John. She is survived by : her daughters, Mary Pat, Deborah, Ann, Peggy, Rose Marie and Lucy; and her siblings, Patricia Needham, William and Francis Brennan. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
