It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Gardner (Columbia, Maryland), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 2, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George T. Nuss and Ruth Rita Nuss (Sauer); her husband Joseph James Gardner; her brothers, George (Jerry), Edward and Donald Nuss; and her son-in-law Jon Joseph Shaw.

She is survived by : her daughters, Susan Ruth McHale (Sean) and Molly G. Shaw; her grandchildren, Catherine, Allison and Laura McHale; and her brothers, Tim and Thomas Nuss.

Memorial donations may be made in her name to St. Michael's Catholic Church.
