With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Blades of Cordova, Maryland, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on June 8, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Stewart and Cora Rebecca Starkey Goldsborough; her grandparents, Arthur and Lydia Starkey; her daughter Katherine Faulkner; her brother John Edward Stewart; and her husband Paul Blades.
She is survived by : her children, Nancy Sue Faulkner of Cordova, James Otis Faulkner (Donna) of Cambridge, MD, Jack Lee Faulkner (Karen) of Leonardtown, MD, Richard John Faulkner (Donna) of Easton, MD and John William Faulkner (Susan) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her siblings, Judson "Bud" Goldsborough of Newark, DE, Nancy Clough (Merritt) of Newark, Faith Riley of Newark and Sally Yerger (Mark) of Wilmington, DE. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
