She was predeceased by : her parent John Sylvester Redden; her stepfather Edward W. Neal; and her sister Pamela Good Trice. She is survived by : her parent Ethel Virginia Redden Hill; her husband James E. Blizzard of Cordova; her children, Linda Laird of Cordova and James E. Blizzard II (Stephanie) of Cordova; her grandchildren, Kevin Hackett II (Nichole), Kelley Hackett, Noel Blizzard, Lillian Blizzard and Abigail Redden; her great grandchild Grayson Hackett; her siblings, Joan E. Cunningham (Robert) of Monticello, IN, William E. Neal of Greensboro, MD and John F. Neal (Anna) of Bridgeville, DE; and her son-in-law Kevin Hackett of Easton.
