He was predeceased by : his parents, Sherwood Mason Kelly and Lucille Pearl Byrd Kelly; and his son Steven Timothy Kelly. He is survived by : his wife Sara Jane Kelly of Crisfield; his grandchildren, Jessica of Salisbury, Sean of Salisbury and Anthony Kelly of Salisbury; and his daughter-in-law Eleanore Piscitelli of Salisbury.
