He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony and Ada Vass, Jr.. He is survived by : his siblings, Cheryl Collins (Linwood), Brenda Vass, Anita Williams, David Vass (Bonnie), Don Vass (Francine) and Victor Vass; and his children, Jeremiah Handy, Cheryl Collins (Antonio), Carmel Williams (Tommy), Melricka Smith, Jon Vass, Jr., Devon Anderson, Sean Vass and D'Aire Woods. He is also survived by nieces, cousins and friends.
