He was predeceased by: his parents, Leila Hoyle and William Bradley. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Seltzer; his sister Joan Bradley Cregar; his siblings-in-law, Susan and Bill Kuthy; his sibling's children, Jerry Kuthy, Kathleen Temple (Kuthy), Jonathan Kuthy, Daniel Kuthy, Laura Kuthy, Matthew Cregar and Timothy Cregar; and his great-nieces, Keira, Koli and Kai Temple.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Beall Funeral Home (6512 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD 20715). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Both AtBeall Funeral Home (6512 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD 20715).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a charity of your choice in Richard's name.
