Newcome; his great grandchildren, Emma Newcome, Ethan Newcome and Wyatt Newcome; and his sibling's children, Carl Belt, Jr., Margaret Earnest, Roberta Belt, Lynda Waters, Margo Rogers and Annette Stickley.
