It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Lou (McClellan) Troxell of Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Edward McClellan, Jr. and Thelma "Leota" McClellan (Perdew); her brother Charles "Charlie" McClellan; and her former husband Ted Troxell. She is survived by: her daughter Jean Higgins (Fran); her grandson Brendan Higgins of Ocean Pines, MD; her daughter Jane Troxell (Froso Andreou) of Washington, D. C.; her brother Robert "Bob" McClellan III; her nephews, Chad McClellan (Bonnie) and Dane McClellan; and her friend Mary Thompson. She is also survived by extended family and close neighbors.
